Delete Your Koluvu Jobs Account & Data
Full Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Open the Koluvu Jobs mobile app
- Go to Profile → Privacy & Security
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and includes all profile data, applications, messages, and uploaded documents.
Selective Data Deletion
You can also request deletion of specific data without closing your account:
- Individual job applications
- Chat message history
- Uploaded documents or photos
- Profile information (while keeping account active)
To request selective data deletion, email us at hi@chitti.org with:
- Your account email address
- Specific data you want deleted
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We'll process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Full Account Deletion:
- ✅ Personal profile information
- ✅ All job applications and history
- ✅ Messages and conversations
- ✅ Uploaded documents and photos
- ✅ Saved jobs and preferences
- ✅ Account credentials
Selective Deletion:
- ✅ Only the specific data you request
- ✅ Account remains active
- ✅ Other data stays intact
This process complies with privacy regulations and gives you full control over your data.
